The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were mind-blowing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was jaw-droppingly delicious. The pool was a nice addition to our stay. The value for money was excellent and the easy check-in and 12 o'clock check out was a bonus.

As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent, with ramps and elevators available for easy navigation. It was comforting to know that the hotel was designed with the needs of guests like myself in mind.

My only request for a better vacation for senior people would be for the staff to be more attentive and helpful. Some of the children working there seemed a bit preoccupied and could benefit from showing more consideration towards their guests.

My family and I had an amazing Xmas getaway. The hotel's location was perfect - near beautiful and historic landmarks and easy to find. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff was friendly and always willing to help us out with information. We loved the fact that the hotel had a pool and a parking area with ample space. The breakfast was excellent - freshly cooked and served every day, it was definitely one of the best aspects of our stay.
